With the high number of service staff operating on the roads, on most occasions there is a technician working in the vicinity.  This allows our response time to be precise.  The length of time spent on jobs is kept to a minimum where possible, due to the wide range of accounts held with suppliers that we are able to choose from.  In addition our Service Supervisors are available to assist on any jobs where necessary, to complete the work in an efficient manner.

To avoid disruption to any client, our organisation has a workshop facility at our premises for any large works, which can be performed off site.  We have a large range of equipment available, held both within the technicians' vehicles and at the workshop.

All staff and contractors are supplied with drawings and an outline of the works required, ensuring that they work within the specifications and deal closely with the Supervisors and Managers.  The same would occur in the instance of us using an external consultant.
