Due to our office structure consisting of minimal office staff and staff multi-skilling, all office staff members have the ability to carry out any position in the office in the event of sick days or holidays. This enables us to minimise our permanent overheads, therefore we are able to keep our labour rates at a competitive level.
All technicians are equipped with a mobile phone/page service, which enables our service department to contact them immediately after receiving a service call. Due to the number of staff and our links with other service companies and sub-contractors, we are able to attend calls promptly.
Our company also provides a 24-hour service to all clientele. We have a live answering service that relays any service calls to the designated technician on call. They will then phone the client and take all details and respond immediately. After hours backup technicians are also available in the event of multiple calls.
Our company is a registered member of RACCA, Standards Australia, Ozone Protection Board, Master Plumber & Mechanical Service Association of Australia and Australian Industry Group.
All service technicians hold a current Ocone Licence, 'D' Permit and Trade Registration Papers. Also on staff we have licensed electrician and licensed plumbers/gasfitters.
